The Netherlands division of global HR software and solutions provider NorthgateArinso has acquired CIAN, the payroll outsourcing division of Randstad HR Services. 

CIAN serves five large customers, including Philips, NXP, ASML, Atos and Thales, in addition to 32 medium-sized companies.

“This acquisition strengthens our position as a provider of HR outsourcing services and it makes us the clear market leader in HR outsourcing in the Netherlands. As well as bringing a higher turnover, the acquisition is
