Welcome to our second annual list of the top HRO Superstars in Europe. These are the business leaders who have added to the HRO industry over the course of the last year through their thoughts and actions. This list was developed in conjunction with the HRO Europe advisory board and members of the SBPOA.

You'll probably notice some changes in this years list compared with last years. First, you'll see that this years list has broken down the superstars into three main categories: the top users of HRO services; the top advisors and opinion leaders in the HRO field; and the top providers of HRO services. Another change you may notice is the change in the number of HRO users. Last years list featured 16 private-sector buyers; this years list includes 24. This increase is a reflection of the increase of activity that we have seen in the European HRO market, as more and more companies sign on for multipurpose and even end-to-end enterprise-level HRO. The last change is in our design and layout, to include profiles of as many of the superstars as possible.

All of these changes reflect our primary goal of continuing to bring our readers up-to-date, comprehensive information that accurately reflects the European HRO market. Each year, we plan to update this list, adding not only new names but also new elements to enhance peoples understanding of the industry and just what makes an HRO superstar.
